We believe that a successful homestay starts with a strong relationship between us and each individual host family. We are always committed to being your active, present partner while hosting our students.
- Regular House Visits: We take the time to visit you and understand your home environment. We will organise an initial house visit before the first placement of the student, followed by the regular house visit which is done at least once a year.
- Frequent Communication: We keep in close contact, providing updates and checking in to see how things are going. There is often a designated person who will be in charge of you during the placement, so that you do not need to contact a different staff member every time
- Dedicated Follow-ups: While a student is with you, we are always on hand to offer support and ensure everything is running smoothly. As part of our commitment to unmatched homestay host family support, we provide 24/7 on call service to respond to emergency situations.

At Good Homestay, student placements are never one-sided and we always ask for your preferences before placing a student to ensure you have a positive hosting experience. You always have the flexibility to choose:
- Student Backgrounds: Let us know your preferences regarding a student’s nationality, gender, age or smoker/non-smoker..
- Length of Stay: Decide whether you prefer hosting for short-term for a few weeks or long-term periods over a month.
