We do this as we prioritise the satisfaction of both the host family and the student to ensure a perfect match.

We only accept students from reputable language schools and agents. This means:
- You can review the student’s profile before acceptance.
- All payments are handled by Good Homestay (we confirm payment from the student in advance), so you don’t have to worry about financial issues.

Our team, based in Auckland and Queenstown with over 10 years of experience, is always here to support you. Through regular house visits and communication, we work closely with schools to quickly resolve any issues or concerns you may have. Also, our team is available 24/7 for emergency support and you will have a dedicated staff member to assist you while our student is staying with you.
